I had a previous one made with grapes which failed because of my absence due to traveling. But I had used its predecessor quite often, and made a 2nd batch.
Characteristics
It is small, active, resilient and reacts beautifully even after I may have ignored it for a few weeks.

- 4tbsp Potato water

Remove from fridge and add flour and H2O only. H2O consists of water from boiled potatoes; unfiltered, but cold.
