- 100% Bakers flour
- 100% Filtered water
Feeding ingredients

Remove 1/2 of mix. Add 1:1 Filtered water and bakers flour.

Crumpets
Sourdough crumpets.
Sourdough loaf
Bread, fermented for 36hrs, room temp.
Heavy knead.
Result: soft crumb, sour with slight sweetness.
