I live in a remote area in Southern Idaho surrounded by agriculture. There is a wild Juniper growing a few yards from The Farmhouse and the farmers kept chopping it and poisoning it but it refuses to die. This fall I harvested its berries along with some Oregon grape that grows on the side of the house. I put them in a mason jar with some molasses and water until they fermented. This is the water
