Nothing specific. But I will say that after reading Ken Forkish's Book "Flour, Water Yeast and Salt" I was highly motivated.
특징
I feed my starter with a 50/50 mix of rye and white whole wheat flour and distilled water. It has has a wonderful fruity aroma. Very active! I will share upon request. I'd also like to try some others from other parts of the world.
