A friend in New York had an interest in wanting to make a starter but wasn’t sure how so I decided to try it.

- 50g Bread flour
- 100g Water

- 50g Whole wheat flour
- 50g All purpose flour
- 100g Tap water

whole wheat flour, all purpose flour and tap water once a week and then make bread. Use leftovers from starter for pancakes
