I've always loved baking all types of bread. I was inspired to finally try sourdough after watching Michael Pollan's "Cooked" and being inspired by talented bakers on FB/IG. I started Audrey Junior in February 2016 and have been obsessed with her ever since!

My starter is 9 months old and very vigorous. Mild sourness. Makes lovely breads.
