My sourdough starter is sweet in smell, liquidy with a thick texture , I use local flour to feed and maintain my starter straight from forth milling company in Dammam Saudi Arabia. It gives me an awesome bread with a sweet nutty flavor, and just a hint of sourness.

Clean the jar and transfer starter to a clean cup

Add water at 26C about 50g
100% Water

Add in zafraan about 25 grams
20% Zafraan

Add in 25 g superior AP flour

Add in 25 g of whole wheat
And mix !
