400 g starter + 200 g water + 200 g white flour
Working method

Day 1: Mix 120g dechlorinated water + 120g rye flour in clean jar and keep in cool place for 48 hours.
Days 3 through 5: Mix and discard half the batter. Add 60g white flour and 60g water. Cover and leave at room temp 24 hours.
