Remove 1/2, add 100g rye flour, 100g RO water.
I have a homemade proofing box where I keep my starter for feeding and my dough for rising, 78 degrees.
After 3 weeks of inactivity in the frig revives quickly and ready for baking after 3 feeding, 3 hours apart.
Pleasant smell very active.
