I wanted to make sourdough pretzels, started googling recipes and it snowballed from there. Once I start learning something new, I go all in.

Born Aug. 2017. Started from whole wheat flour, fed with WW until well established. Since have been feeding with AP. 100% hydration (give or take) I don't measure when I feed, we go by feel. She spends a lot of her time neglected in the fridge, but bounces back well. Very first loaf was a seeded multigrain which was very successful!
