Discard 90gr starter and i use it to makes bread and then I add water the remaining starter and flour mixture

Aufarbeitung
1
1st day 15gr bread flour 5gr whole wheat flour and 20gr water.
2nd and 3th day add 15gr bread flour 5gr wholewheat flour and 20gr water
4th day I discard 100gr starter and i feed with 30gr bread flour 10gr whole wheat flour and 40gr water and i do this procedure for 7 days
