Eng-Organic stone ground All Purpose, Dark Rye and Panama tap water. Refreshed every 6 to 8 hours due to warm weather, 95% water due to high humidity in the atmosphere. Stored in the fridge and refreshed every week. Esp- Harina orgánica y molida en piedra Todo Uso Blanca y centeno oscuro. Refrescada cada 6 a 8 horas en temp ambiente, 95% agua del grifo. En frío por 1 semana máximo.
