My son wants a healthy bread so I started to bake bread at home, nothing more healthy than that! And I did a lot of research to find out how can I do it the healthiest way: whole flours with sourdough!

시작하는 원료

  • % Fresh apples and water
  • g 1200 gr flour (half whole wheat)
  • g Flour and water

I mix it with 100% flour and 60% water. It has to double its size in less than 3 hours

First I made a fruity water with extract of fresh apples and water

Mix this fruity water with 1200 grams flour, half of it is whole wheat flour.

Then I start refreshing it only with flour and water.
