I was inspired by Artisan Bryan, a sourdough Baker I met on Instagram.

It tastes great! I think it tastes as good or better than the sourdough I’ve tasted on the tables of the world’s most exclusive restaurants. Interestingly, even the country folk with unsophisticated pallets who live around me are crazy for the flavor. I call it, “The Bread of Kings.”

Mix flour in. Add warm we’ll water from the tap.

I started with a local rye flour that I got from Red Cat Farm. I added their sprouted whole wheat flour...then bread flour.
Result
Pizza
Sourdough Pizza with Parmesan cheese, spinach, fresh basil, dried parsley (from the garden) and sausage.
Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding made with Sourdough Bread, Cream, Cinnamon, Sugar and Vanilla.
