At first it was only curiosity, now it is because it is best than any bread I have bought till now. Of course there are lots of breads/loaves to be bought that are also amazing, but this one cost much less and I have made it!

Wash hands, put some starter in a bowl.
Add water mix it and then add flour

Loaf
Not too sour loaf. After some time it does get sour.
Good taste. good crumb
의견
It goes good witeh some water kefir. Although I do not know yet how much it influences the taste of my loaf.
