시작하는 원료
- 2oz Wheat flour
먹이재료
- 2oz Water

starter and warm water mixed
add AP flour
place in glass bowl, plastic wrap
within 5 hours, quadruples easily

작업방식

i used whole wheat flour and water to make my starter. I waited 24 hours, nothing, waited 24 more hours, some bubbles. Added 1/2 cup starter to 1/2 cup water to 1 cup AP flour. Been going strong ever since.
