  • 350g Peppers
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 650g Water
  • 125g Pepper water
  • 125g Rye

to feed this sourdough i feed it when i am refreshing it by adding 20% of it current weight ( before taking the half of it ) in fresh sourdough

작업방식

add 30 peppers and one tea spoon of sugar to 650 milliliter of water and let it stand for four or more days
350g Peppers 1tsp Sugar 650g Water

start sourdough with 125 gram Rye flour and 125 gram pepper water and just keep adding every day 30 gram fresh desem and a percent of 20% of you current weight
