The tast!
특징
The tast of this sourdough is unique. Although you cannot tast the pineapple juice, there is a very fresh hint of fruit in the bread. Using Pineapple-juice when re-activate the dough before making a sourdough for bread, the sweet/sour tast of the pineapple comes through very gently and soft.
