Remove 200 gr of sour dough and add 150 gr bread flour,50gr rye flour,100 gr water,50 gr apple juice.

I use water from skin of apple and raisin i did overnight. Composition : 150 gr bread flour, 50gr rye flour, 100gr water, 50gr apple juice.
