I have some health related problems liked to obesity. I like bread very much and my doctor said that I cannot consume it except for the sourdough one. Then YouTube proposed me a video about sourdough. I also learnt that my grand mother used to bake with it. I naturally love making things from scratch, I love cooking. I also wanted a pet but I cannot afford it for now.

I remove half of the starter

60 percent water and 40 percent flour. I like to combine bio rye flour with a bio wheat baking one.

Once a week I add some half a teaspoon of baking soda and the same amount of honey or melasa.
