I got my starter from Lucas Verhoeven (bakkertje deeg, Heusden NL) Lucas got it somewhere in France in 2006. So it's about 15 year old.
특징
Its a kicker, it works realy great, has a nice soft flavor not to sour. Good crust and a fluffy inside. Realy delicius.

- 200g Flour t65
- 200ml Water

Straight from the fridge, 100gr than 200gr hot water stir it. Than ad 200gr of T65 flour and mix it and put in the jar. Let it raise and put it back in the fridge.
