I had one in culinary school but got caught up in life and it died then my son Oliver who is 3 began to show interest in helping mommy so we decided to start one and Olliedough was born.
Caratteristiche
Olliedough produces strong sour earthy flavors with waxy open crumb. We mostly bake crust breads with it.
