I always use scale to measure my ingredients and the starter. Depends on the amout of starter i have in my jar and how many times im baking. Mostly i feed it with 100g flour and 100ml water.

I started my sourdough starter on Thursday 28/6/2018 with 50gr water 50ml water.
I always feed it with good quality flour. Sometimes Rye, cornflour, barley or wheat my starter really love them.
