My interest in bread making and the influents of my fellow guild members.
Caratteristiche
The sourdough was started using a fermented water from English raspberry's and English wild flower honey. I then used the fermenting water to mix with organic rye flour from Dove farms organic mills in Hungerford Wiltshire UK.
