My mother used sourdough when I was a child so as an adult I decided to start and use my own starters.

Caratteristiche

Ed is named after an instructor I had in college who had a bubbly effervescent personality. Ed is the same-bubbly and frothy when fully active. Ed makes good bread and pancakes.
