- 50% Bread flour
- 50% Whole Rye Flour

Remove from refrigerator, add flour and water. Leave at room temperature for 6-8 hours if using that day. If not, return to refrigerator
100% Filtered water
50% Bread flour
50% Whole Rye Flour
