My brother started his own because of Covid lockdown; he had more time at home so was now able to care for a sourdough starter and attend to it throughout the day when getting dough ready for baking. He came to stay with us for a week and taught me how to do it and my starter is the baby of his starter!
Caractéristiques
Very strong fermenty smell, reminds me of paint or very strong cider ! When it's feeding it becomes very fizzy and bubbly , but only doubles in size, so far not more than double.

Breakfast Pancake
Sweet and savoury, it's delicious, crispy and oily and so easy to make. Best with spinach and egg or nutella and banana.
