Sourdough bread is the preferred bread in our home. We live in an area where we cannot easily find sourdough bread, then it’s mostly commercially sourced. We stayed away from eating bread unless it was whole grain or sourdough.

It is a little more acidic as we like sour bread. It is active and makes beautiful leaven
