I live in S.E.Asia and bread isn't a big deal here. I really missed Sourdough from home (U.S.A.) and so I began to research how to make sourdough. I found a sourdough group on Facebook (Perfect Sourdough) and a monster was born! I made my starter and began my quest for sourdough.
Charakteristische Eigenschaften
The Yeasty Boys were born in Cambodia in 2016, though young , he is quite robust. He is quick to rise to any challenge and helps tremendously in baking special, healthy foods for me and my friends. He is bred from Ukrainian whole wheat flour and local wild yeasts.
