特性

My starter is surprisingly active, given that I hardly know what I'm doing. I used dried rye sourdough starter from my Mum to help my wheat starter come alive. So Unto will always carry a piece of my mother's love with him. His name comes from that activity and eagerness (it's a wordplay on Finnish into, eagerness). He is also very forgiving and gives me beautiful plump bread that taste wonderful.
