To feed or prepare for use:
Add 1cup flour, 1 tablespoon of Sprouted Wheat Flour and 1 1/2 cups of water to starter. Mix well and set aside at room temperature for 24 hours.

Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 Tablespoon of Sprouted wheat flour with 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup buttermilk. Set aside at room temperature for 3-5 days. Starter is ready when it is bubbling vigorously. Refrigerate until use. Feed once a week.
