Characteristics
I got it from a baker, it is 3 years old and was spread by me to 3 more other home bakers. It is strong starter and even if I neglect it is survived and live very well, It smells very good and live in fridge bubbly and healthy. I bake 4 bread per week. even if it is cold it works great. I hope to use it for many many years ahead.
