Digestive issues was the main reason. As well as watching a documentary called Cooked. I thought it was worth a try. So I catch my sourdough starter in my kitchen and I haven’t bought a loaf at the store since. My digestive issues are way better

It’s sweet and tangy. Mostly small bubbles with a sweet banana smell.
