day 1 mix 100g of rye flour and 150g of filtered water and keep it for 24 on worm place.

day 3 mix 70g of mature starter, 100g of flour and 115g of filtered water and keep it for 24 on worm place.

day 4 mix 70g of mature starter, 100g of flour and 100g of filtered water and keep it for 24 on worm place.

day 5 mix 70g of mature starter, 100g of flour and 100g of filtered water and keep it for 24 on worm place.

day 6 mix 50g of mature starter, 100g of flour and 100g of filtered water and keep it for 24 on worm place.

day 7 and fiding forever mix 25g of mature starter, 100g of flour and 100g of filtered water and keep it for 24 on worm place.
