Since 2020
I've always been to scared to, and I remember disliking my grandmother's sourdough (which I subsequently discovered was a potato sourdough), but I came across an instagram account that inspired me to get my starter... started.
Characteristics
Not a big riser, but she is super bubbly and smells like overripe fruit. She stands on the counter next to our fruit bowl and doesn't like to be moved.

Soft, fluffy, with a bit of tang. Great with just butter, or with some cheese, or bacon and eggs.
