Ok, first of all I think he doesn't like almost any other type of flour in the world, I can tell it because I have to put it in the oven with the lights on and a bowl full of hot water to make him rise. It seems to work really well with "superfine flour", in fact it doubles its size in 12 hours, but the product is so soft and fluffy that it's worth it!
