First I take away 50 grams of sourdough. Next I add 50 grams of flour and 50 grams of water. Then I stir it and leave it at room temperature with a loose cap.

I make sourdough bread with a mix of rye, white and multi cereal flour.
I also made sourdough brioche and waffles.
