Visited Tartine bakery in SF and was hooked. Work as a physician and love to have creative outlets. This seemed like a great hobby. Bought the Tartine book, and have been experimenting ever since.
Characteristics
A subtle tart flavor, very airy and light, great crumb, chewy but not overly so.

Feeding ingredients

I feed it once a week in the fridge. I take it out of the fridge before I'm about to bake, dump some out, then add 50g water and 50g flour and the next day it's bubbly and ready to go.
