2011 이후

I love the challenge of trying new things esp. the world of baking fascinates me as in my country bread baking is not common. I first started with cake baking etc. While one day I saw an expat friend baked his own sourdough and his wife posted on FB that was the starting point for me to find out about it.

특징

Very active with the nice tan colour of the mixture of. Unbleached bread flour and German rye flour. It comes with a nice fruity taste.
