If I'm baking every day I feed my starter 2 times a day.Once fed use within 3-4 hours once peaked.
If I'm not baking daily ,it goes in fridge and I refresh Starter once a week.After feeding let it rise double and then transfer in fridge .
If I feed it once a week it's healthy and happy and Active for next Bake.

Take 100% organic wheat flour plus Organic All purpose flour and water to make sourdough starter.
100% Organic wheat flour and all purpose flour
100% Water

Mix Flour and water to begin Fermentation for 24 hours.Refresh every day with same amount of flour and water.Discard Half.Continue till it activate and doubles after 4-5 hours of feeding .Takes 2 weeks to make active starter to Bake a bread
