특징
Relatively sour and seems to vary from week to week on how thick or runny it becomes but I do 100% hydration (feeding as per my description) - so I’m honestly not sure why that would vary.

I’ve been using general all purpose flour for quite some time lately I tend to take the batch down pretty low maybe to around 70 or 80 g total in the jar and then I refresh with 50 g water and 50 g flour

Sourdough cinnamon rolls
Really wonderful not particularly sour, but really delicious only used sourdough. No commercial yeast.
