Day 15 on - Refresh with 150g starter, water and flour once weekly.

Day 1 - 50g water and 50g wheat flour
Day 2 - added 100g water and 100g wheat flour to starter
Day 3 - combined 150g starter mixed with 150g water and 150g wheat flour
Day 4-14 - combined 200g starter mixed with 200g water and 200g of wheat flour (alternating between unbleached all purpose and wheat flour)
