My friends of Brambles Bakery in Merritt, Canada are very successful with their sourdough bread. Everytime I visit them, I spend at least some days in their bakery.
특징
My sourdough was started from scratch in 2015 with plain white flour and water. It's named after my uncle Arnold Schat, who inspired me to become a baker back in the 80's.
