I fell in love with sourdough baking at cooking school, in Ireland. Currently have starters from Ireland, England and one that I started myself, here in Canada.
특징
I use Red Fife grown very close to where I bake, the flavour is incredible. I don't like to take my bread too sour, so it is quite a mild flavour.
