I am an ardent baker who loves trying new recepies but I was lil scared regarding the sourdough which I always wanted to try..so during lockdown I thought let me overcome my fear n give it a try.
Caratteristiche
Today is day 9 of my 'persisitence singh'..took me a while to get a hang of my baby's growth but now it's bubbly n waiting for it to double in size today so that I can start with my first sourdough bread.. already made pull apart garlic rolls with its discard..came out super soft even though I didn't knw how much quantity of starter discard to use but went with my gut!

I started with 10 GM whole wheat flour 10gm water . Then next day added 10 GM all purpose flour n 10gm water for five days now feeding 30 GM flour water n 10 GM starter..
