I started baking with instant yeast, but some thing got in to me that there was something way much better, so i started researching about sourdough, so i started with a lot of trial and error.
Caratteristiche
It's a very simple sourdough, i use supermarket flour because in my country there is no much from where to chose, Honduras doesn't produce wheat. I'm a beginner, but very eager to learn all that is possible.
