day 3 feed: Discard 100g starter
add: 100g flour 100g water
day 4 feed: Discard 150g starter
add: 100g flour 100g water
day 5 feed: Discard 200g starter
add: 150g flour 150g water
day 6 feed: Discard 250g starter
add: 200g flour 200g water
Day 7 Ready to use.
