Roosevelt is a homegrown starter from Portland, OR. He prefers the warmer weather during Oregon summers, but mostly lives in the refrigerator. He is responsible for a raising a single loaf of sourdough about once per week and manages to complete the rise to its full potential within ~12 hours.
