I always enjoy baking ,cooking etc... It s start after a trip in Australia where one of the restaurant serve us a beautiful sourdough bread .I decide to give a try at home .I also do Private dining ,so everyone enjoy a good bread with the food .

Just used small amount enough to bake one sourdoughs bread the night before (50 g levain ,100 g levain ,50 g water )

My first try was a disaster ,bad smell came out of it after day 4 etc... Next step i decide to used a bit of fresh Pineapples juice with flour and water .That did work immediately ,the fermentation was working well ,so it double volume and later triple with more feeding.
