it's a liquid starter. Keep in the fridge. refresh at least once a week. it smell like "glue" when take out from fridge. i feed it at high ratio. usually 10 g old starter, feed with 30g water, 30g flour(~11.5% protein). every refreshment, i keep it at ambient (which is my hot water cupboard), ~26-30C+ in summer.; 18-23c in winter. summer yield nicer crumb. least sourness is my aim for every sd.
